Just as in our own country, all documentation is provided in the national language. Everything should then be signed in Spanish, and therefore a correct translation of documents is of great importance!

Documentation that you should think about is;

  • Reservation document
  • Private Purchase Agreement
  • Notarial deed
  • Other documentation

The reservation document is signed to reserve a specific property, so it is no longer available on the market. You can be sure, that your dream property will no longer be for sale.

After the license is obtained, a Private Purchase Agreement will be formulated, which is similar to a sales agreement in our own country. This is the effective purchase. This document lists all the details, finishes, materials, payment arrangements, etc.

Finally, after finishing, the notarial deed is signed at the notary and the keys are handed over. Now you are the owner of the property and can start enjoying it!
