Térmica Beach: Exclusive multipurpose frontline beach project in Malaga
Térmica Beach will include nearly 400 housing units, although the original plans allow for up to 601 units. In addition, 273 affordable (social) housing units will be added, managed by City of Málaga.
This massive project transforms an area with an industrial past into a living environment with an emphasis on sustainability and includes approximately 700 homes. The Térmica site covers an impressive 11 acres, and is zoned for residential, hotel, commercial and tertiary uses, along with community facilities and green spaces.
Located on the coast of Málaga, in what is described as the city’s new “Golden Mile,” this project will offer two residential communities with no rental costs, with shared amenities and aiming for a high-level sustainability standard. The homes are intended for local, national and international residents. A unique feature of the area, the chimney of the former thermal power plant, will be preserved as cultural heritage and a symbol in the renewed cityscape.
