Sabinas phase I & II

Description

In addition to Quercus, Los Olivos and Palmitos, a fourth exclusive new construction project will be developed at Real de La Quinta Resort.

The construction of Sabinas is proposed in four phases, corresponding to the 4 different levels of the prime hill on which it will be located. Phase I will consist of 39 apartments divided into 4 low-rise blocks with a combination of ground floor apartments with gardens and penthouses. These penthouses in this project were designed to offer the benefits of single-story living combined with rooftop solariums to allow sunlit living at its best. Phase II consists of 29 apartments divided low-rise blocks, once again with a combination of ground floor apartments with gardens and penthouses.

Due to the elevated location of the area, all units are guaranteed to enjoy panoramic views.
