Costafiore Gardens: High-end new construction project in Estepona just 500 meters from the beach – From €430.000
Costafiore Gardens, located in Estepona, is a development with 28 apartments and 7 penthouses that is located just 500 meters from the beach. The apartments of Costafiore Gardens are specially designed to fully enjoy the charm of the Mediterranean lifestyle, but they are also designed with a Northern European vision. A well thought out floor plan, bathrooms without bidet or bathtub, but with lovely spacious showers, terraces with plenty of surface area, an outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue and always a sunbathing area on every terrace. 28 modern apartments with the philosophy: where quality and comfort meet.
The first floor apartments border directly on the park-like courtyard with spacious private gardens; an oasis with pools, lawns, flower beds and various trees, including many palm trees. Due to the unique architecture and positioning of the buildings, most apartments have direct sea views. The high positioning of the buildings in phase 1 offers beautiful uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea on the south and southwest sides and stunning views of the mountainous landscape and nature on the north side.
Costafiore Gardens distinguishes itself through the uncompromising use of A-brand materials. Moreover, you can choose from a wide range of colors and design tiles from Porcelanosa, the undisputed top brand in Spain. The partner CMR Kitchens, offers an excellent kitchen with appliances from Neff and a worktop from Silestone, but they also offer the possibility of a custom-made kitchen. A decisive choice in the design was the desire to have the living room flow organically into the spacious terrace, so that your terrace becomes part of your living room, or your living room becomes part of your terrace. Therefore, Costafiore Gardens is proud of the sliding doors developed with the renowned manufacturer of windows and sliding doors Technal. They consist of 4 panels of which 3 can be fully opened on both sides, achieving an opening of 75%, coupled with an unprecedented ease of operation. All Costafiore Gardens apartments have two parking spaces in the underground parking garage and a private storage room for storage and bicycles.
