INVESTINSPAIN offers clients the possibility of a refund of (part of) the costs incurred for their inspection trip, under the following conditions:
- Booking and payment
The customer books and pays for his/her trip himself/herself. - Maximum duration and persons
The refund applies to a maximum of 2 nights’ stay for 2 persons. - Flights
Only flights within Europe are eligible. - Submit
The refund should be requested within 3 months of signing the PPC (Private Purchase Contract) or deed (title deed), with the necessary payment/reservation receipts of flights and accommodation. - Disbursement
Disbursement will occur after signing and payment of the PPC or deed and as soon as INVESTINSPAIN has received the corresponding commission from the developer from the sale. - Maximum reimbursement
The reimbursement will not exceed 0.5% of the total purchase value of the property (excluding costs).
