The construction of the first phase at Serene Atalaya in Estepona began in April. Serene Atalaya is a complex consisting of 33 luxurious semi-detached villas with spacious terraces. To start the construction of phase 1, the developer made an investment of up to 34 million euros.

The main appeal of the villas are large terraces, ranging from 174 to 260 square meters, a space that has become of great importance when purchasing a home since the pandemic began.

In addition, the three-bedroom homes have an area between 118 and 171 square meters with the option of a solarium and a basement. Moreover, the Serene Atalaya villas also have large garden areas, so you can enjoy the outdoor space of the homes.

The developer has indicated that more than 50% of the villas have already been sold and the completion of this first phase is planned for the end of 2022. As a result, the developer has now also started working on the next phases of the project.

The new development is situated on a hill, with a western orientation, allowing you to take advantage of the views of the Atalaya area. It is the first project to be constructed in the Atalaya Park area.

The privileged location of Serene Atalaya allows you to combine the serenity and independence that the villas offer with the proximity of Guadalmina and easy access to the main beaches.

For the design of these 33 villas, the Malaga-based firm Maíz y Díaz Arquitectos was engaged, which has more than 20 years of experience in the execution of national and international projects in which integration with the environment is a priority. With this in mind, materials were selected with priority given to their quality and efficiency to ensure maximum comfort in the homes.
