Sa Tanqueta: Innovative two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza – From €520,000
Sa Tanqueta is an innovative and contemporary project that consists of an apartment complex with 24 luxury homes. This building has a privileged location in the center of Santa Eulalia, less than 5 minutes from the beach, facing one of the new pedestrian streets in the municipality, which is also part of the project. The topography of the plot describes a sloping surface, with an elevation difference of seven meters. With this fact in mind, it was decided to divide the proposed space into seven blocks so that each could accommodate a height difference of one meter. As a result, the building fits the plot perfectly.
After this first matching exercise was completed for Sa Tanqueta, two types of apartments were designed. The first is 120 square meters and has two bedrooms, while the second is developed as a duplex and is 180 square meters with three bedrooms. Both were designed with the same principles in mind. The entrances to the homes are located inside the blocks, an area where green spaces are provided. Inside, three wooden volumes were erected in which the communication niches are located. Walkways emerge from these cores and seek access to each property. In short, Sa Tanqueta is the epitome of modern living on this beautiful island.
